A: Please check the following:

1. If using email, check your spam/junk folder in case the code was filtered there.
2. If using SMS, make sure you entered the correct phone number.
3. Note that the verification code is only valid for 60 seconds. If it expires before you enter it, click Resend Code to receive a new one.
